OUR STORY

Cornerstone Camp (formerly New Jerusalem Summer Camp) was established in 2009 as a six-week summer camp, serving approximately 40 children from the tri-county area. The program exposes young people to daily inspirational messages, three weekly field trips, and character education lessons. Cornerstone Camp aims to provide an affordable summer camp to at-risk children in a nurturing environment. It is staffed with professionals with varying experience levels, from certified teachers to church volunteers and high school students.

Campers range in age from 6 to 12, each with different academic and social needs. Cornerstone features a fun-filled program where campers participate in daily devotion and various educational and social activities. Educational activities include daily academic enrichment and interventions in English Language Arts (ELA), Math, and STEAM, all taught by certified teachers.
